No, not for regular users. Only Moderators and Administrators can Edit or Delete posts... I may try to see if I can mke it where users can edit their own posts without any posts under them.

Its no trouble changing but it is annoying to people when someone goes back and changes messages that have already been commented as is.

If you absolutly must edit; PM an Admin or Mod with the Thread; Post; Details; Reason For Edit
