Rules and Guidelines for Uploading Images

As many of you will notice, the Forum Gallery is active. All users will be required to abide by the following Rules and Guidelines. Failure to do so could result in a suspension or anything the Board of Administrators deems necessary.

1. Good Taste) All photos must be considered G or PG Rated. If you can't show the photo or image to a child, do not post it.

2. Copyrighted Images and Text) You are solely responsible for any legal action taken because of images you post that you do not own the rights to.

3. File Type) All uploads must be JPEG or PNG files. In other words, they must have the file extension .jpg or .jpeg or .png. The photo image must be less than 2 Megs.

4. Image Security) Images may be removed from our Web server periodically. We are not responsible for the security of your images.

5. Etc.) Please use your sense of judgement. Any Moderator or Administrator reserves the right to remove any image and suspend any user. Keep that in mind before you begin uploading.

To add to what Isaac said, I am limiting the amount of pictures in a personal album to 6 pictures for space. Staff may upload as many as they want. Also, try to keep them CAP related as much as you can. Thanks.

Also, remember that pictures uploaded become "property" of CAP Connections, which gives permssion to users to use pictures in responsible ways that include, but are not limited to: use in powerpoints, CAP projects, and CAP articles.
