hello, i am wondering what a cadet senior airman needs to do at that rank. what are the expectations dudties and respos.

Well, it basically depends on what you are assigned. As your sergeant, I will be assigning you duties that get your ready to become an NCO, like training new cadets 101, or working as flight guide and such like that. Don't forget that you will be spending alot of time working on your color guard abilites as well.

It really varies from squadron to squadron, depending on your abilities and that of your peers. Unless your squadron is extremely short on staff, it's a competitive world if you want a leadership position. At my unit, you are not guaranteed a position regardless of rank - we base appointments on ability and character with rank as a secondary consideration.
If you're squared away and there are slots open, you could end up with a flight staff position perhaps...just remember to keep applying those Core Values and all you've learned about Leadership so far.

Grade and Rank are differant. Rank can be applied regardless of Grade. IMHO the only thing that Grade is (at least at lower stages) is the benchmark of expectation. You expect more from a C/TSgt then a C/Amn. While it is fine for Amn to act like Amn, TSgts acting like Amn are a problem, etc.
