TXWGF 17a Empty TXWGF 17a

So, today I tried to get a form TXWGF 17a for my father, a Lt. from this site (http://www.txwgcap.org/wing_publications/FormsTXWG/TXWGF017a.dot),and all I got was a bunch of scrambled codes and script. Is this just me, or is this not working for other people as well? Or, is the form a non-existing one that I am not aware of...? Thanks.

Do the homework cadet, go find out what it is! You're obviously capable of surfing the internet, and you should find out how to identify and obtain publications and forms anyhow...

Actually, the Form 31A (TXWGF31A) is a Texas Wing specific document. Not to be confused with the Form 31, it is used for events hosted at Wing level only.
