Dear Cadets,

Thank you for applying for the 2009 Civic Leadership Academy. We received a record number of applications this year, with 75 outstanding cadet officers competing for 24 slots. After carefully considering all the resumes, letters of recommendation, essays, and more, the CLA faculty has selected the following cadets as primaries:
